The Ride

Hello, my name is Stephen Forester and my family has been affected by cancer, specifically glioblastoma brain cancer. My mission is to provide information about the support that is available to other families so they don't struggle alone through the crushing destruction of cancer.

The May 8th Bike to CRUSH CANCER ride from El Paso to Dallas, Texas is an effort to raise awareness about two organizations: Head for the Cure and The Musella Foundation. These organizations provide community programs for patients and their families who receive a brain tumor diagnosis. In addition, they support and conduct some of the most innovative clinical research in search of a way to CRUSH CANCER.

Our family was served by these organizations when my uncle, Steve Clarke, was diagnosed with glioblastoma brain cancer. Head for the Cure provided community support for our family when Steve was in the thick of his battle. The Musella Foundation directed the Clarkes to the newest treatment and research.

We hope that our journey will encourage and inspire others to reach out to these organizations and become a part of the fight to CRUSH CANCER.
